We do not give refunds for custom made items.
If for any reason your product is damaged upon receipt you may request a product exchange within 48 hours after receiving your product, less the shipping charge. We do not accept exchange requests after 48 hours of delivery. Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unused) with the tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied.

Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for the exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.
